Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute delicious, well-balanced meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, hygiene and safety standards
• Design and adapt menus to cater to guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism
• Maintain kitchen budgets and minimize wastage through smart procurement and stock rotation
• Collaborate with lodge management to ensure seamless guest service delivery
