Reporting to the Operations Director, Your main KPI’s will include:

Production
Maintenance
Client Relations
HR
Marketing
Financial performance

Qualifications

BEng/BSc Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related.

Skills

5 – 10 years experience in engineering/energy or related technical field
Demonstrated leadership experience
Technically sound
Ability to handle complexities
Contactable and available 24/7 for business purposes

Salary/Package

R75K – R90K CTC per month
