Management of Employee Benefits
Training & Development
Management of BBBEE
Employment Equity
Industrial Relations
Manage and Check Payroll

Qualifications

HR, Industrial Psychology or Social Sciences Degree

Skills

Experience on Sage ERP System
Strong understanding of Labour Laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, BBBEE, Skills Development)
Payroll Management (+5 years) and Statutory Payments

Salary/Package

R700K – R900K
