Duties:

• Perform regular boiler water analysis tests to maintain optimal boiler performance and efficiency
• Conduct inspections of boilers to identify and implement improvements for enhanced efficiencies.
• Monitor Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for key metrics such as boiler steam pressure, CO2 emissions from coal combustion, and feedwater temperature.
• Capture and record daily production data.
• Compile and submit weekly efficiency reports, providing critical performance feedback to Head Office for each site/client.
• Manage coal procurement processes and maintain robust coal control procedures, including weekly stock assessments.
• Coordinate ash collection scheduling to ensure operational cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous procurement records, ensuring all purchase orders are properly filed for audit compliance.
