Our client is looking for a dedicated Vegetation Team Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the vegetation team to maintain and restore natural habitats
• Oversee and execute firebreaks, bush clearing, fence line maintenance and soil rehabilitation
• Operate, maintain, and oversee the safe use of equipment (chainsaws, brush cutters, etc.)
• Maintain roads, hiking trails and public access routes
• Coordinate weekly work schedules and supervise team tasks and performance
• Support animal care operations through vegetation control and environmental improvement
• Report on projects, staff needs, incidents and environmental conditions
• Support environmental education and conservation messaging through example and engagement
