A well-established hospitality group is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager with a strong focus on Rooms Division to support hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the rooms department, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security departments.
• Collaborate on revenue management strategies to drive occupancy.
• Maintain brand standards and service consistency across all guest touchpoints.
• Assist in the management of Food & Beverage outlets during duty shifts.
• Monitor and report on hotel performance, budgeting and cost control.
• Implement preventative maintenance and sustainability practices.
