Job Description

I am looking for a BEE Operations Executive to provide strategic and operational leadership in the Warehouse Functional Outsourcing and Contract Services Division.

Strategic Development & Execution
Financial Performance Management
Service Delivery & Client Retention
Operational Excellence & Compliance (BCEA, LRA, OHSA)
Workplace Planning & Talent Management
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Data driven Reporting & Insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Logistics
Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous
Min 10 years of operational Management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
At least 8 years proven experience in Warehouse Functional Outsourcing and Contract Services Division
