This property development firm undertakes a variety of residential projects in the Western Cape region and other parts of the country.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department

You will be responsible for:

Creating stage 1 to 6 reports, documentation and drawings.
Project management, multiple projects concurrently.
Managing multi-disciplinary teams through stage 1 to 6.
Completing technical detailing and construction drawings.
Chairing stakeholder meetings.
Creating snag and de-snag lists.
Conceptualization and design of structures.

Qualifications

Masters in Architecture
Must be registered as a Professional Architect with SACAP (5years post reg experience)

Skills

Must be proficient in Revit

Salary/Package

R420k – R660k (neg on experience)
