Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Establish and operationalize the company Training Academy including governance structures, frameworks and delivery models.
  • Develop training calendars, learning paths and standard operating procedures.
  • Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage all accredited and non-accredited training programs including learnerships, internships and bursaries.
  • Ensure compliance with SAQA, SETA, NQF and B-BBEE Skills Development requirements.
  • Prepare and submit Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports in line with SETA requirements.
  • Executing all aspects of learning programs, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Executing learning plan and programs across business units.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource or related a must.
Skills
  • Minimum 5 years Learning and Development Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of SAQA, NQF, SETA, QCTO frameworks and B-BBEE skills Development compliance.
Salary/Package
R40K – R45K CTC
