Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
Establish and operationalize the company Training Academy including governance structures, frameworks and delivery models.
Develop training calendars, learning paths and standard operating procedures.
Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage all accredited and non-accredited training programs including learnerships, internships and bursaries.
Ensure compliance with SAQA, SETA, NQF and B-BBEE Skills Development requirements.
Prepare and submit Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports in line with SETA requirements.
Executing all aspects of learning programs, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
Executing learning plan and programs across business units.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource or related a must.
Skills
Minimum 5 years Learning and Development Management experience.
Strong understanding of SAQA, NQF, SETA, QCTO frameworks and B-BBEE skills Development compliance.
Salary/Package
R40K – R45K CTC
