Our clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of its taxidermy operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a smart, well-rounded individual with strong administrative, logistical and client service capabilities especially relating to international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the taxidermy departments.
• Manage logistics, permits and legal compliance for the international shipment of trophies.
• Handle client experiences from arrival to departure including hunting logistics and after-hunt services.
• Ensure administrative efficiency and coordination across all business units.
• Supervise the full taxidermy process and ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and international partners.
• Lead a diverse team to deliver seamless and professional service throughout.
