Dealings with client / Manage site and assist Contracts Managers where required
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
Interpreting and explaining contracts and technical information to other professionals
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction spec
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor and ensure strict compliance with building and safety regulations
Planning the construction project
Creating a construction schedule
Must be Cape Town based
Qualifications
Construction Management or QS Degree
Must be SACPCMP registered or candidate
Skills
Must have experience in managing projects to the value of R200+ million
Must have 5 to 12 years of experience in Building projects as a Construction manager
MS Projects
Salary/Package
R500k to R800k
