Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and other resources
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
• Measures to control costs, identify potential cost overruns, and propose solutions to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare tender documents, manage the tendering process, and select subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assess the value of work completed and manage payment schedules to ensure contractors and suppliers are paid on time.
• Administer construction contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to their obligations.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolving disputes related to construction contracts.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with a project
• Monthly project reporting and payment valuations compiling bills of quantities.
• Taking off – measuring off drawing’s projects final account review and compilation.
• Compiling tender documents.
• Tender valuations office administration.
