Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and project requirements.
• Develop design concepts and proposals based on client needs and site characteristics.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary for construction.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Advise on the selection of appropriate building materials and systems.
• Provide cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track expenses.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
• Visit construction sites to ensure that the work is being carried out according to the architectural plans and specifications.
• Prepare and manage construction contracts.
