58 sleeper Game lodge situated in KZN.

Job Description

You will be 2IC to the Executive Chef.  Menu planning, stock controls, stock takes, oversee staff.  Must be able to do plated and buffet.

Working cycle 28 days on, 9 days off.


Professional Cookery Diploma


Experience in similar position for at least 3 years. High energy. Computer literate. Drivers license essential.
