An upmarket Beachfront Hotel and Restaurant located in the Eastern Cape 45 minutes from East London - wild coast.

Job Description

General Sous Chef duties will apply. Previous experience within similar role essential. Will be the right hand to the Exec Chef/Owner. Preparation and Presentation of Meals. Busy Restaurant Service. Assist with Stock Control, Hygiene, Training, Orders when required.

Qualifications

Seeking a Formal Professional Cookery Diploma ideally from Prue Leith or ICA, Hurst or Silwood or similar fine dining academy. This is not negotiable.

Skills

Finesse with preparation of good quality meals mostly for plated service. Attention to detail. Able to work independently.

Salary / Package

R12000-R18000 Negotiable Live In
