A Brokerage firm located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.

Job Description

Do short-term insurance quotations and comparisons for brokers. Process amendments on existing policies. Identify gaps in client’s insurance cover. Process short-term insurance claims. Keep track and follow up on arrear premiums. Plan and process monthly renewals. Answer and direct incoming calls from clients.

Qualifications

Matric. RE5 Certificate. Full Insurance qualification as per FAIS requirements.

Skills

Minimum 4 years short term insurance in policy administration and claims roles. Computer literacy, Experience in customer liaison; building and maintaining relationships, Experience working in a Brokerage is preferred. Insurance knowledge to at least an intermediate level. Detail orientated, Sound administration experience, Strong attention to detail, Strong customer service, Good with processes.

Salary / Package

R12,000.00 to R14,000.00 per month
