An upmarket Restaurant Group with Stores located in the Greater JHB Regions (East Rand and JHB North).
This Chef will report directly to the Owner and the Group Head Chef. Will oversee daily Kitchen Operations at 1-2 Restaurants located in greater Johannesburg North areas. (Initial training/grooving in will begin at one of their kitchens in the West Rand.) Must be well-experienced within a Restaurant Senior Sous or Head Chef role. Able to run a busy pass and maintain standards. Good Staff, Stock and Quality Control. Good Customer Relations.
A Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts Diploma is essential.
Hands-On. Solid Restaurant Senior Chef experience required. Able to run a busy pass, maintain standards, Lead a team, Control stock, Work well with others. Train. Good Customer Relations.
