Lead the development of the in house team and services to be offered in the newly developed conference center. The structure/Venue was built by the owners in 2019 to host 3 high profile weddings/events which were all catered for/run by Events Companies from Europe. The owners would like to in-source the operations of the Venue. You will report directly to owners and will oversee all operations within the Venue from Decor, Audio Visual Equipment, Client relations, Marketing of the Venue, Customer Service, Staffing, Catering, Stock Control and Ordering, Food & Beverage Service, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Hygiene and Cleaning, Budgets and Financials. Proven Track record in large scale Events/Conference Centre Operations essential.
Formal Hospitality/Events/Catering Management qualifications essential.
The ability to speak basic conversational French is essential.
