This small conveyancing firm located in Alberton is seeking an experienced, mature conveyancing secretary with extensive transfers experience. The firm is not on any of the bank panels so there will be no bond experience required. The firm works on Lexis Convey (Ghost Convey). Currently the department is running 170 instructions. Proven track record within a similar role in a busy, fast-paced environment required. Secretary will be required to work additional time on Saturdays between 9-3 as and when required until the instructions are finalized and up to date. The position is available immediately and ideally the person should be in a position to start in the next couple of days
Relevant Conveyancing Secretarial or Paralegal Qualification is a strong advantage but being well-experienced with Transfers is the main requirement for this role.

R17,000-R23,000 per month NETT (after deductions)
