The position is available from 1 February 2021. Minimum 5 years Conveyancing Secretarial Experience required. Must be proficient in GHOST CONVEY/LEXIS CONVEY and Typing. Attending to handling full and sectional title developments, and subdivision developments from start to finish. Relevant experience pertaining to these Development Transfers is required. Liaising with clients. Attending to normal transfers. This Senior Conveyancing Secretary will report to the Directors and will have subordinates. Development experience is essential. The Firm sometimes registers private bonds so some bond experience is necessary as well as things like servitudes. Working hours are 8H00 – 17h00. This is a replacement role. Secretary should be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans.
Relevant Qualifications will prove an advantage but proven experience and track record in Developments Transfers is more important.
Ghost Convey/Lexis Convey. Development Transfers experience essential. Able to work independently and streamline administration to ensure timely and efficient service to clients.
R25,000-R30,000 per month CTC
Medical Aid and Provident Fund included in CTC.
