A busy 300 seater Restaurant that is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days per week. The restaurant is located in the East Rand. Operating hours of the restaurant are from 7am to 10pm currently but over weekends after lockdown the operation runs until 12pm. The restaurant has live entertainment over weekends.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager.
Main Duties will include:
Relevant Hospitality/Food and Beverage Qualifications will prove an advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in a General Manager position for a restaurant. Strong operations Management Skills. Solutions Driven individual. Able to work with discerning and sometimes difficult clientele. Strong Cost and Stock Control.
R25,000 to R30,000 neg depending on experience
