Job Description

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, You will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding sales performance targets:

  • Market the company’s product range offerings to new and existing clients
  • Manage the activities of the sales team
  • Set yearly targets for the region based on sales expectation
  • Assist with specification and product selection when required
  • Establish new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Seek out new opportunities identified by following new leads; enquiries and referrals
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals from time to time
  • Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing plans as required

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Engineering
  • Matric

Skills

  • 5 - 8 years' sales experience in automation and mining
  • In-depth knowledge of mines and mining industries
  • Rockwell experience is a must
  • Experience in the following product offerings:
    • Control
    • Automation & Software
    • Field & Process Instrumentation
    • Enclosures & Electrical Components
