Job Description

You will be responsible to co-ordinate and execute property and infrastructure development projects to meet company’s strategic objectives with respect to Profit, Program, Quality, Safety and Environment. Your Key functions will include the following:

• Project Initiation –
• Inception –
• Concept and Feasibility finalisation
• Design Development
• Manage Execution of Property Development Process/Documentation and Procurement

Qualifications

Pref BSc in one of: Construction, Property Development, Project Management, Quantity Surveying

Skills

At least 10+ years in property development & ideally a number of years in project management / construction project management.
