A Restaurant and Golf Estate located in Johannesburg.
Will report to the Executive Chef on a Golf Estate. Must have an eloquent dining working experience and capabilities. Standard Sous Chef level duties will apply. Assist with Food Orders, Stock Control, Staff Management and Training, Cooking (Prep and presentation), Menu Planning, Hygiene maintenance. Previous experience within a similar role required.
Formal Culinary Qualifications are essential.
