This outlying resort is located remotely, around 40km from Harrismith in the Freestate. We are seeking a competent F&B Manager with strong Operational and Food and Beverage Budgeting/Costing and Administration skills. Previous experience within similar role is required. Will run the Food and Beverage department fully. Will report directly to the General Manager and act as 2IC of the Hotel.
Formal Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage/Service Management qualifications will prove an advantage.
Strong Cost and Stock Control. Stable work record. Proven track record within similar roles.
