We are seeking a versatile all-rounder Duty Manager/Operations Manager to assist the Assistant Manager and Owner with daily Housekeeping room checks, Stock-taking, Restaurant Service, Guest Liaison, Events Set up, Service Quality Control, Kitchen Administration, General Administration.
Hospitality Management Qualification will prove an advantage.
