Job Description
Reporting to the Contracts Manager:
You will be required to:
- Identify labour, material, time requirements by studying proposals,
- Analyze tender requirements and specifications
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Compute costs by analyze labour material and time requirements.
- Estimate and quote claims.
- Ensure all Commercial project paperwork is in place and complete
- Scan tenders on CIDB and Tender bulleting
- Price tender documents
- Attend Site briefing
- Collect and submit tender document
- Request for Quotations from suppliers
- Order materials
- Collect material from suppliers to sites
- Costing the project
Qualifications
Skills
- Min 2 years’ experience in retail
- Must be able to work independently
- BOQ experience
- CCS
- MS Projects
- MS Excel
- Must have good accuracy and quality of work
