Job Description

Our client is looking is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team.

  • 3 – 5 years conveyancing secretary experience essential with stable employment record.
  • Experience with Conveyancing package e.g. Lexis convey (Ghost Convey). Able to work independently (but similarly be able to follow and carry out instructions).
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused.
  • Strong drafting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Matric Secretarial diploma advantageous
