Job Description

Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below

  • Close and grow sales initiatives through professional communication with existing and new potential clients.
  • Customer orders – close existing, follow up open orders assisting to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Learn and develop competitor products and pricing.
  • Update customer open orders, shipment – weekly.
  • Manage all RFQ’s received from the marketing platforms.
  • Interact with fellow sales members to maximise sales efficiencies.
  • Self-Development and continuing personal development.
  • Various ad-hoc duties as and when requested to do so by Management.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Technical Diploma

Skills

  • Fully computer literate – Sage big advantage
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience within customer services environment

Salary / Package

R20,000 - R25,000 p/m
