The job would include preparation and service of Breakfast dishes like omelettes, poached eggs, and lunch items such as Lamb Curry, Chicken Schnitzels, Chicken Pie, Oxtail Cannelloni. Strong Cook/Chef with refined skills in the kitchen and good plating skills. Ability to work well within a team.
Formal Professional Cookery Diploma or Certification is a strong advantage.
Good Hot Kitchen Food Preparation and presentation skills.
