A luxury safari lodge with 13 suites. Located in a private concession adjacent to the Kruger National Park.
General Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef duties will apply. The candidate should have gained experience within a 5* Game Lodge/Lodge/Boutique Hotel and must be passionate about bush life and the luxury safari experience. Will assist in leading the team of staff. Will report to Head Chef/Executive Chef. Assist with menu planning, Guest engagement, working to guests specific dietary requirements and tastes, Cost and Wastage management, Stock Control and preparation of meals for affluent clientele. Previous experience within a similar role will prove an advantage.
Formal Culinary Qualification required.
Creative Flair. Good Leadership skills. Good Versatile all rounder - strong culinary skills - able to make tasty, beautifully presented dishes for all meal times. Great Personality required.
