Job Description

Will be required to fully run the Bakery with keen focus on Bread Lines. Seeking a well-rounded individual who can lead and manage 50 staff, do Product Development – Formulation and Production for a Central Production Kitchen for an upmarket Retail Franchise. Previous experience within a similar role essential.

Qualifications

Formal Relevant Qualification will prove a strong advantage.

Skills

Exceptional Management and Leadership skills. Well Skilled with Bread Lines. Ability to lead 50 Staff effectively. Exceptional Quality Control Standards. Creative with food (Bread Lines) Product development.

Salary / Package

R30,000-R50,000 Negotiable dependent on experience
