Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator & Payroll to join their team.

Staff complement of roughly 280. Duties include-

  • Recruitment
  • Employment contracts
  • Disciplinary process
  • Administration and filing
  • Company policies and procedures
  • Training and training programs
  • CCMA
  • Payroll
  • BEE
  • WCA
  • SETA AND EQUITY SUBMISSIONS
  • Time and attendance

Position Available immediately. 

Qualifications

  • Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluently
  • Diploma or Degree in HR would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Experience on Sage Pastel Payroll for 200+ employees.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hr & payroll position
  • Must reside within a 25km radius of North Riding.
  • Computer Literate and use own initiative
  • Must be willing to work independently and be punctual

Salary / Package

R 16,000 - R20,000 p/m
