We are looking to recruit Chefs in our Client’s Pastry Team. Ideally Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie Level. Candidate must of 3-4 years of Pastry experience within 4/5* Establishments.
Formal Culinary Diploma is a strong advantage. Formal Patisserie Diploma is a strong advantage.
3-4 years of experience within an upmarket Pastry Kitchen is required. Fine Dining Pastry Skills. Creative Patisserie and Confectionery making skills. Ability to supervise juniors within the Pastry department. Menu development skills.
