Grade 12/ Matric. Relevant 4 year Qualification in Logistics/ Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent. Management Course/ Qualification. Management Development Program.
Min 8 years experience within logistics operational management. At least 2 years operational experience with exposure to e-commerce delivery networks, groceries or quick service restaurants. Aligned to solutions crafting, digital delivery platforms and e-commerce fulfilment. Strong understanding of software platforms, systems and continuous improvement. Strong planning and problem solving skills - determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results. Analytical Ability – Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Strategic Decision Making - Assess options and actions based on trends and conditions in the environment, and the vision and values of the organization. Strong organisational skills - Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.
