Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled, well-experienced 5* Boutique style property General Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of this beautiful Boutique style lodge/hotel. The successful candidate will manage day to day operations, financials, stock, staff, HR, Training and administration. We are looking for a very hands-on manager who has superlative Guest Relations and Guest Service skills. The GM should also have a creative flair with attention to detail on the finer touches within rooms and service. Must be experienced as hosting International Clientele.

 

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Qualification will prove an advantage.

Skills

Stable and Proven track record within a 5* Boutique style properties. Great Communication, administration, reporting, HR, Operations and Financial and Stock Control Abilities. Exceptional Guest Service/Relations ability. Attention to detail. Hands on Operationally. Engaging and pro-active. Must take great pride in work and product. Highly Computer Literate. Great HR Skills. Able to work autonomously.

Salary / Package

Negotiable dependent on experience and capabilities
