Main duties and responsibilities: The Hospitality Manager would essentially run all aspects of the hospitality sector/portfolio – Multiple Lodges (All at 4/5* level), Managing staff, Lodge Orders, Operations, Implementing systems, SOPs, Staff Training in their respective departments, Housekeeping, Service, Spa, Reception(s), Gardiners, Drivers, Rosters, Laundry, Cost and Stock Controls, Guest Services and Relations, Maintaining Hygiene and safety standards, etc. A Management Couple will be considered if partner is a Strong Executive Chef with Multiple Lodge Group Exec Chef experience at 4/5* Level. Regret – couples/individuals with Children/pets will not be considered due to staff accommodation and safety constraints.
Diploma in Hospitality (Not a requirement but would be to your advantage)
4-5 years in a similar roll(5 star, Multi outlet) Strong Front of House and Back of House knowledge, POS and Microsoft Office, Employee must be able to handle large tasks with ease and know how, drivers license is a must.
R30 000 (Negotiable) (Up to R60 000 as a Couple)
Company Vehicle , Live in accommodation.
