A busy Top Notch 5* Boutique Hotel located in Johannesburg northern Suburbs.
Our client seeks a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef. Will report directly to Head Chef. Will be required to assist with Kitchen Management and Administration duties. Will also be required to cook and train junior chefs in high quality culinary fare. This chef must have 5* Fine Dining and upmarket banqueting/plating experience within top notch 5* properties. A proven stable track record and delightful cooking and creative ability is required.
Formal Culinary Qualification required.
Creative. Excellent Culinary skills. Great with Tastes, flavours and presentation of food for Fine Dining Plated and Upmarket Banqueting Service. Good Leadership skills. Great Team Player.
R22,000 - R28,000 per month Negotiable for right experience.
