A Portuguese themed restaurant located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.
We require the services of a Sous Chef with restaurant experience for our Portuguese restaurant. Experience working in busy kitchens, possibly trained as a coordinator / expediter, that can be an assistant to our Executive Chef. He/she needs to live fairly close to the store, have own transport, contactable references, etc
Professional Cookery/Formal Culinary Diploma.
Experienced in busy restaurant kitchens. Previous working knowledge of how to prepare good Portuguese styled food a strong advantage. Good leadership skills.
