Manage client relationships.
Provide telephonic, e-mail, remote and onsite consultation.
Responding to customers queries and requests in regard to company products and services.
Demonstrate and upsell products and functionality.

Analyse client needs to ensure optimal product usage.
Manage client related projects to uphold effective change management.
Stay current with product roadmap, changes and updates.
A willingness to get involved and assist where needed.
Work within KPA’s provided for department, contributing both upwards (within the business) and
downwards (development of team).

Efficient technical knowledge and aptitude.
Background in software application [Consultation, client management, training, deploying].
An understanding of financial concepts and bookkeeping processes or a background in working on or
supporting financial systems such as Pastel, Accpac, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Xero or any of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP packages.
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately, must be able to talk about technology in simple terms
A logical thinker.
Knowledge of relevant software applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Strong administrative skills and able to use systems and tools to manage daily | weekly | monthly goals.

This is a work from home opportunity, you will be required to meet with clients and pop into the office on occasion for meetings/brainstorming.
Tertiary qualifications Within: Accounting, Information Technology and or Marketing
Familiarity with the advertising and media industry. Previous experience in media planning and buying. Previous experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central. SQL Knowledge or any other database knowledge. Exposure to financial systems.
