You will be responsible for the following duties: Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget, management of shifts, focus on customer service, design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements, comply with all health and safety regulations, recording and reporting on sales results and productivity, keep up to date with food and beverage, trends and best practices, ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
Matric. Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management.
Proven food and beverage management experience, working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Opera), valid drivers license, good communication and leadership skills, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, guest-oriented and service-minded.
