Project manage a diverse range of conferences, from inception to execution to wrap up.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning and executing inbound international and local conferences in the corporate and association industries is ideal.
Key functions:
Full conference management from inception to final reports
Project planning including timelines
Budgets
Sponsors and Exhibitors
Speaker Management
Abstract Management
Virtual Conference planning and execution
Matric Event Management qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience. Strong IT/Technical skills including Excel, PP, Word, basic design. Interface with decision makers and high profile individuals as you drive the process. Speaker & Abstract Management essential, especially having handled medical conferences. Virtual Conference planning and execution.
