Job Description

Cooking style to be creative modern home-style cooking that is well presented (healthy foods to be incorporated), Strong stock control and ordering skills, Manage wastage effectively, Ability to train fellow chef’s so that during leave cycles food and service standard does not decline, Presentable at all times, daily interaction with guests, Ability to cater for Vegan and other special diet requirements, Manage health and safety in the kitchen keeping to international standards, Menu planning.

  • Diploma in Professional Cookery


Minimum 10 years experience in  5 Star Lodges, Boutique Hotels and Game Lodges, Microsoft office and POS knowledge
