A 15 Roomed Boutique style Lodge located near Barberton in Mpumalanga.

Job Description

Taking full control of Running the kitchen for this 15 Roomed Lodge. 5 Staff members will report directly into you and you will report directly to the GM. Oversee full preparation and presentation of meals. Ordering, Menu Planning, Cooking, Training, Stock and Cost Controls in the kitchen, Hygiene Management, staff rosters, etc. The work/leave cycle is 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Qualifications

Formal Professional Cookery Diploma/Qualification will prove an advantage.

Skills

Great Kitchen Coordination skills. Ability to lead a small team. Creative. Good with Management and Cost/Stock Controls. Able to be hands on and cook.

Salary / Package

R12000-R16000 per month Gross
