And ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner, Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks and execute the tasks accurately and effectively, Ability to work, both, under or without close supervision and be able to deliver quality work, Team management skills as well as team player qualities, High level of attention to detail, creativity and reliability, Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you, Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes, Time management abilities, Positive and approachable manner, Good oral communication and a good level of numeracy, Have up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes and an understanding and knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
Culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, Understandable level of English both spoken and written, Computer literacy with POS systems and Microsoft Office, Own reliable transport.
