Professional Food & Entertainment group located in and around the Johannesburg region.
You will be responsible for the following:
Opening and closing procedures, Staff rosters, Staff training, Daily section checks to ensure all departments are compliant with health and safety protocols, daily stock take, receiving and ordering of stock, Cost control, Input of stock into POS systems, Strong customer relation skills, Tend to disciplinary matters when needed, Quality control at the pass during service, Good knowledge of Grill Cuisine. Good spirited, Go getter all round stand in when the General Manager is not in, Have the ability to jump in and help in all areas from Grill to Sculler, hands on at all times, Quick thinker who knows how to diffuse a panic by creating order in a humble manner.
Minimum 3 years experience in a management role, Microsoft Office, POS know how, Diploma in Hospitality Management would be advantageous although not a must, Driver's License.
