Job Description
- Set up and manage engineering stores across ordering, receiving, counting, safeguarding, issuing and disposal of stock items
- Ensure that inventory is organised to facilitate accessibility and safety for the store
- Plan and manage regular stock take to ensure reconciliation between records and actuals
- Continuously improve processes to increase stores efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports as deemed required by Management
- Provide a full report on all stock outs on a weekly basis and control the cost of stores inventory
Qualifications
Skills
- At least 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Preferably in a precision engineering/equipment manufacturing environment
- Experience in establishment of stores and processes
Salary / Package
Negotiable (depending on experience)
