Our Client seeks a strong Kitchen Manager to oversee Kitchen Operations of a Busy 500 seater Casual Dining Restaurant.The restaurant serves good pub style cuisine. We need a hands on operator who can lead a team of older chefs and gain their respect. Will run the pass during service, oversee Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner operations, Manage food Cost, Wastage and portion control, Quality, Stock. Ensure prep is done per demand. Proven track record within similar role required.
Relevant Professional Cookery/Culinary arts qualification will prove an advantage.
Minimum 5 years Restaurant Kitchen Management Experience. Able to run and manage a busy pass and kitchen team. Able to instill discipline and motivate the team to produce well. Good Kitchen Administration and Operational skills. Hands On.
