My client is looking for a Senior HR Manager to head up its HR Division. The successful incumbent will have experience in the following areas: HR Strategy and Management; Recruitment; Performance Management; extensive IR experience and an in-depth understanding of the LRA and BCEA; Organisational Development, Succession Planning, Recruitment and Payroll and more. It is a very strategic role and it is a BEE position.
MUST HAVE a POST-GRAD Qualification in HR MANAGEMENT
Strong leadership skills, decisive, very service-oriented and a strategic thinker.
