Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation and maintenance of all rental contracts
  • Preparation and implementation of all master rental agreements
  • Audit and invoicing of rental contracts
  • Liaise with distributors for tracking and invoicing purposes
  • Produce and review rental activity reports
  • Assets and equipment tracking and verification
  • Asset additions and disposals on rental assets register
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse for asset tracking and invoicing purposes
  • Coordinate a monthly physical rental asset verification / count
  • Customer Service Liaison
  • Assist Debtors Clerk
  • Send debtors age reports
  • Processing credit notes
  • Track monthly reporting of job shutdowns
  • Back-up for Repairs Coordinator for consumptions
  • Running process of enforcing non-counting of certain stock items on stock take
  • Running process to eliminate duplicate stock codes

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Secondary education graduate / Equivalent
  • Accounting diploma will be an advantage

Skills

  • Computer literacy in the related Business Systems, MS Office etc.
  • Experience/exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relations management (CRM) systems or accounting practice knowledge
  • Understanding of contracts and legalities
  • Preparation and implementation of master rental agreements
